@EnglishCovenant inheritance is old law from previous generations who were handed everything-shows how spoilt they were.Inheritance has been scrapped for so long-maybe 20yrs even.Succession can only happen if panel decides you’ll be impacted by homelessness.There are other ways but I won’t share

@EnglishCovenant The rules of this has changed in many boroughs, depending on tenancy year it is limited to one generation and in recent tenancies the new rule of succession is spouse only or panel decision. Look up succession rights under borough tenancy handbook of desired area (all online).
