@massimodutti customer service is appalling. Completely ignore all attempts to make contact with you to resolve an issue with a gift card which can't be resolved via your electronic system. Whilst your clothes mat be nice, your corporate ethics leave little to be desired

@LizDurrant19 Services are set to re-traumatise the already traumatised all in the name of trying to fit into the medical model. I suspect this is why truly holistic empathic practitioners are leaving the profession in droves

@LizDurrant19 @wecoproduce I am both a MH professional and someone who has survived my brothers suicide and at one point wanted to end my own. It is this projected sense of helplessness and hopelessness within services which I cannot face at the moment #bailingout
