There is a national cap of 85K per yr for H1B. So the 1.1 million doesn’t make sense. Unless it refers to renewals but even so even so the 1.1 millions doesn’t seems correct. B1/B2 visas are genuinely for tourism - yes, some ppl use those to enter and overstay, yet mmmost are legit ppl that come to visit the US and leave. US does have a legit tourism industry.
Where Im going is that - the numbers presented on the video need to be reviewed and understood. Visa programs are generally not the issue. But the ppl crossing who are fully unknown and unchecked and famously undocumented are the main issue. Focus your attention where it matters.

As true as that sounds, humans need to be seen. Human experience needs to be witnessed by others or shared w others. This is why solitary confinement is so hard. Even simple ppl who live alone , carry a quiet load of not being seen. It gets to the point where not “needing to be loved” turns detrimental to health of body and mind.
