@O2 No they have passed me through to another department 10 times and then I am cut off. It will not let me pay on line either as account is closed. Very fed up with it and fed up that you have sent a letter saying you will put in hands of a debt collector when I am trying to pay!
@O2 absolutely shocking service!! Trying to pay final bill after my accounts been closed (not my fault but your customer services) how the heck do I pay? No one on your customer services has a clue!!
