With more than 3,000 staff across West and Central Africa, including 23 country representatives, UNICEF relies on strong leadership at every level. Over the past three years, Rudolf has led the UNICEF–Sierra Leone Programme of Cooperation, supporting national efforts to advance child wellbeing across health, education, nutrition, child protection, and social policy. We are pleased that he will continue contributing to UNICEF's mission in his new role as Director of the UNICEF Office of Innovation @UNICEFinnovate. Wishing you every success in your next chapter.
