Many resident associations and chennai mathematical institute has complained with evidence.

Still no permanant resolution to this.

@Kia_Worldwide @KiaInd this is 2nd time having this issue , for the first time its was under 2 years warranty. Hence they replaced. 2nd time warranty expired and asking around 40K to replace.

@Kia_Worldwide @KiaInd , My Sonet bought Oct 2020, having touch screen issue. Service center asking 15k to repair and 37 to 42k for replacement.

When searched online found most of the buyers from 2020 to 2021 of 8 inch touchscreen having issues.

Clearly a manufacturing defect

Worst experience. #AC wasn't working. Seats dirty and stinking. Driver accepted the issue but Helper person rude in justifying

Complained #redbus. replied penalized them n downgraded #rating and given me some #refund.
