@TK_HelpDesk@iamfancypants this is insane. we were bound to fly in a couple of days and there is no official flight cancellation despite all flights being suspended. customer service won't refund the ticket. they're stealing €2.000 from us. what a disgrace!

@AskAmex I ended up calling customer service a couple of times more, transferring wild amounts of money back and forth because your backend didn't work at all. Still forced to use the card as it's linked to my expense account – would've loved to just cancel.
Worst possible service/support after SEPA failure and unrightfully disabled corporate card in Germany. On a business trip and nobody can unblock my card because the Germans went home at 5pm. So much for 24/7 support at a global provider, F for failure... @AskAmex
