Ordered a salad over 30 min ago @SixFlags New England - friends who ordered after us got theirs & are almost done. When we asked about it we were told "it comes out when it comes out".... great service.

@SouthwestAir I have not - we did not realize the extent of the damage until the bags were opened & there are limited services at the Cayman Airport... can we do this online?

@SouthwestAir extremely upset about the way my luggage arrived in the Grand Cayman yesterday. Our luggage was SOAKED and our clothing stained. Literally everything on the top 5 inches was dripping. I'm not sure what happened, but this amount of water seems like negligence.
