Worst service and not reliable! I tried to book a train ticket through ixigo, and paid using the Mobikwik app. The transaction failed,but money was deducted from my account. It's been over a month, but I haven't got my money back. They are not able to resolve issue.

Even after repeated complaints over the phone and several visits to the bank, nobody is willing to resolve this matter, and couldn't care less. Who will be responsible for the lost hard earned money of the customer? Totally Unethical!!
