@shawzac@shawzac what are your sponsor’s stance on this? It would be good to hear @PUMA calling this out for what it is: discrimination, and supporting you to take action against @Fortnums. (FYI @Fortnums don’t even respond with a request for me to DM you)
@TicketmasterCS "Once the booking is in place" Does that mean I have to pay for all the seats upfront and expect a refund for the two carer tickets I have through my Nimbus card? NGL @TicketmasterCS your responses are not very clear!
@TicketmasterCS I have a disability and want to see PINK with my friend. We both registered for presale and she's received a link, how does SHE book accessible tickets for us both using her link and my Nimbus card? Particularly given I need to share my needs!
@sphams @NorthBristolNHS @NBTPatient Incredibly proud and humbled to stand shoulder to shoulder with such passionate, lovely, motivated people. I will be forever grateful to the @NBTPatient team who value the experiences of all patients. Thank you for letting me tag along for the last few years.
@marionfellows I'm a respiratory patient and airlines no longer provide supplemental oxygen on board flights, instead I have to PAY to hire the oxygen I need. Please help me get this changed using today's announcement of new legislation #rightsonflights
@ITVTonight Airlines used to provide oxygen to passengers that need it but post covid this was rescinded. Now I’m expected to HIRE this from an external company at over £1k for a long haul return flight. An unreasonable barrier and discriminatory.
@callum90CPFC @clairelouh_ @andrewmcb That’s a really important point, why are we not promoting patient autonomy here? Allow patients and customers a choice in how their information is shared. If you’re ok with it being read out, that’s ok, but not everyone is and we should be able to choose this with no judgements.
@callum90CPFC @andrewmcb I have my credentials listed on my smartphone and I show staff this information. Unbelievably however, I have to ask that they then don’t read it out loud, because for some reason they more often than not, feel compelled to sound it out for everyone to hear. Baffles me.
Congratulations to the four #TeamNBT winners of our 2022 Next Big Thing competition. With generous donations from @SuperSouthmead these projects will receive funding to turn ideas into reality. Staff can read more about the projects on LINK: https://t.co/8zNKImsnjI #NBTProud
@spokeandpencil Keep sharing your experiences good and bad, get in touch with the patient experience team manager. Any feedback that helps to understand, improve and move forward to make the hospital a better place for patients will be well received. GWS @spokeandpencil
@OU_K102 Can anyone shed some light please on why if I am doing the module materials of week 23 dates of 17th-23rd July, why I am unable to post on the activity forum until 24th?!
The irony of the subject ‘accessing healthcare’ being inaccessible 🙃
