@marksandspencer really disappointed with the state of your cafe at #Bracknell today. Tables all sticky & none were cleared, plates, cups etc everywhere. Didn't see anyone the whole 45min we were there.

@Cex my 85yr father in law bought what he thought were headphones yesterday but realised he'd got the wrong thing. He returned today & asked for a refund. There was no compassion & he was made to feel a pain. He was finally given a credit voucher valid for 7 days! Awful service!

@southeastNT visited #osterleyhouse last week with my 2yr granddaughter. She was mesmerised by the bike hire enclosure & kept saying 'bike'. So a huge thank you to the lovely guy running it who found her a tiny balance bike to try. He was so kind & patient. Pls pass on our thanks
