BORAX PULLS OUT FLUORIDE
“Borax was swiftly banned in 32 countries after it was found to remove fluoride from the body.
Funny how that works...”
Borax = kills fleas & ticks in your pet areas outside.

“I have been using borax for many years. I started using it as a tool against my arthritis & learned that it was helpful in de-calcifying my pineal thereafter. I have not used any floride toothpaste or other products in at least 15 years & did a 'crash pineal cleanse' in 2012 that was quite a shock to me. The borax helps keep it from getting clogged up again.
🐚BORAX INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAIR
👉🏻Dissolve 1 cup of borax into 1 gallon of pure water to use borax for your hair
👉🏻Keep this solution in the shower
👉🏻Pour 1-2 cups of this solution over your hair (instead of shampoo), ensuring the solution gets to your scalp
👉🏻Allow solution to sit on your scalp & hair for a few minutes, rinse
👉🏻If you find the borax method dries out your hair, take a small amount of coconut oil & massage it into your hair. You may not need to use the borax solution more than once or twice a week
“I have been doing borax 1/8 tsp 3 days on 2 days off for 2 years now. Arthritis is gone, my gums for some reason are healthier & stronger, no more knee pain, skin is clear - I look much younger. I also put a cup or two in a hot bath at least once a week. No more aches & pains!”
🐚DR KAYALI, Borax Expert & Medical Doctor Suggestsh
👉🏻2x a day 1/2 TSP dilluted in warm water, you can add cold water on top & some lemon for taste
👉🏻For indivuduals with cancer, make a paste, 1 TSP borax, 1 TSP honey 2x a day
👉🏻As your body is detoxing you can feel some itching in the skin so if u like you can start with 1/4 TSP a day & build up
👉🏻The more detox effect you have the more your body needs it
“Borax is even better to use than baking soda.
I started drinking my distilled water with 1/2 TSP of borax, to a gallon of water, now I am adding more.
Borax, read the article the borax conspiracy, very enlightening.
It clears your pineal of heavy metals as well as the rest of your body.
When taken with magnesium, it pulls calcium out of soft tissues and other places it doesn't belong & puts it back into your bones where the calcium does belong.
Borax gets rid of candida in the body as well as other fungus.
It reverses arthritis, over time. I know because my constant back & hip pain is gone now. My hands are no longer swollen at every joint.
I also have lost 10 lbs of toxic fluid & fat around my abdomen area & I did nothing but change to adding 1/2 TSP of borax to all the water I ingest.”

My husband has set a 6:47 a.m. alarm every day for nine years. I never questioned it. It went off. He turned it off before the second buzz. We got on with our day. I assumed it was just his body clock. Last month he was away for work. I woke up at 6:47 anyway. I lay there wondering why that time felt so familiar. When he got home, I joked that his alarm had trained me. He got quiet. Then he said it was never really his alarm.
A WOMAN I USED TO WORK WITH, MARRIED 38 YEARS TO AN ADHD MAN, TOLD ME THE ONE SENTENCE HE SAYS TO HER EVERY NIGHT.
It's not "I love you." It's not "you did so much today."
I've been the ADHD woman in every room I've ever walked into, and I'd never heard it:
Po 20 latach małżeństwa muszę w końcu powiedzieć to głośno...
Z moją żoną nie łączy mnie już nic.
Poznaliśmy się na egzaminie na filozofię ponad 20 lat temu. Byliśmy młodzi i głupi, nie słuchając rozsądnych opinii szybko wzięliśmy ślub.
A potem życie zrobiło swoje i dziś żyjemy w dwóch różnych światach.
Ona: dzieci, szkoła, dydaktyka, nauka, góry, natura, koty, dramaty.
Ja: firmy, fundusze, inwestycje, biznes, miasto, beton, psy, komedie.
Ona: kreatywna, empatyczna, marzycielska.
No to ogłaszam...
To dekoracja.
Więc jeśli twoja druga połówka to twoje przeciwieństwo, przestań to naprawiać. Może właśnie tam mieszka wasz sekret.
Nie musicie kochać tych samych rzeczy.
Wystarczą te same wartości, ten sam kierunek, szacunek do różnic i troska o drugą połowę większa niż o siebie.
Mimo to każdego dnia wybierała to samo... mnie.
The World Cup is over. Most of you visitors are packing, heading to the airport, and going home.
Before you go, there's something I want to say.
I have made several posts about all the things you were discovering here. Free refills. Free water. Ice. Chips and salsa arriving with the menu. Air conditioning, without some harpy dragging you into a moral debate. Drive-throughs. Ranch. Gallons of Ranch, in assorted flavors. Premade, and in packets. Y'all standing in the meat aisle in overwhelmed silence. Why we don't have trains becoming clear. Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Bass Pro Shops, and Buc-ee’s - that last one, some of us still gaze in wonder upon.
Your posts blew up, because you were incredulous at what you were discovering in our nation, and delightfully stunned by it all.
You lamented your pre-visit attitudes and condemnations, your fears and worries. You chastised the media and politicians that mislead you. That lied to you.
While you were learning about us, we learned and/or were reminded of a few things about ourselves. That Elon Musk, the richest man on the planet, goes to the grocery store, himself. Wanders in, and grabs a spot in line for fresh tortillas, like everybody else. He could buy the tortilla company, a fair chunk of the state it's in, maybe even the moon above it, yet he's standing in line at the hot tortilla counter like the rest of us, because that is where the best tortillas are. Only in America is the wealthiest human alive elbow to elbow with a couple of moms at the fixin's bar.
That's the sum of our nation in one section of a store.
None of it was fake - a show.
We didn't do all of this because you were coming. The ice dispensers were always there. The refills were always free. The stores were always big enough to store zeppelins. The strangers who adopted your whole section at the matches, the people who gave you rides, the waitress who remembered your order from the day before, the family that invited you to the cookout/barbeque - that's America. That is a Tuesday.
We are exactly like this, pretty much always. Loud, ridiculous, generous, overfed, and honestly thrilled you came.
We will still be exactly like this next Tuesday, when the stands are empty and some of the flags come down.
Thank you. Thank you for coming, for singing in our streets and bars. Thank you for helping clean our stadiums. For filling our bars and clubs, and teaching us your chants. The Viking Row. You were fantastic guests.
And, you joined in the celebrations of our 250th anniversary like natives. You celebrated our nation's founding as if it were your own. Thank you for that, too.
To those who could not come this time, or who heeded the naysayers of their media and political class, choosing not to come, the door does not close today. We've enjoyed your company, and look forward to doing so again.
America's door is always open to friends. The porch light on. The fridge full. The guest bed freshly made.
Safe travels, friends!
"Your great-grandmother was not trying to manifest a beach vacation. She was not curating an aesthetic. She was not optimizing...anything. She had a list, and the list was short, and the list was sacred.
A full pantry. Healthy children. A roof that did not leak. A husband who came home. A garden that produced. A few good dresses. A reliable stove. Sunday dinner with people she loved. Enough flour for the week and enough kindness for the neighbors.
That was the whole dream. That was the whole life. And by the standards of most of human history, achieving that list was a roaring success.
Then the twentieth century happened, and somebody figured out that a woman who is content is terrible for business. A woman with a full pantry is not running to the store. A woman who is satisfied with her kitchen is not redoing it every four years. A woman who knows what enough looks like cannot be sold the next thing.
So they got to work. They made the small house embarrassing. They made the old car embarrassing. They made the home-cooked meal embarrassing, and then when nobody knew how to cook anymore they sold it back as a meal kit with a celebrity chef on the box. They raised the cost of living until both parents had to work, and then they sold daycare and convenience food and weekend therapy to fix the exhaustion that working both jobs created in the first place.
They took your great-grandmother's list and called it poverty. They took her life and called it limited. They took her contentment and called it a lack of ambition.
And then they sold you ambition. They sold you a bigger house you cannot clean, a car you cannot pay off, a wardrobe you do not wear, a calendar you cannot survive, and a vague constant feeling that you are still falling behind.
You are not falling behind. You are running a race that was designed to have no finish line. The race itself is the product.

Perhaps the video that best explains the World Cup. A Japanese fan is inconsolable after their 2-1 loss to Brazil in extra time.
Brazil fans console him and Mexican fans toss him into the air.
The World Cup 2026.❤️⚽️
My son chose his father in the divorce and I said okay and meant it and drove home alone and sat in my driveway for 47 minutes and those 47 minutes are the thing I have never been able to tell anyone.
He was 14.
Old enough for the court to consider his preference. Old enough to sit across from me in the mediator’s office with his hands on his knees and his father’s jaw and my eyes and say the thing he had clearly been preparing to say in a voice that was steadier than I expected from a boy who had cried at animated movies until he was 11.
He said he wanted to live with his dad.
He gave reasons. Reasonable ones. His father’s house was closer to his school. His best friends lived in that neighborhood. His football team.
His routine. All of it logical. All of it true. All of it absolutely nothing to do with loving me less and everything to do with being 14 and needing the things 14 year old boys need.
I knew that.
I knew it completely and rationally and with the full understanding of a woman who had been a mother for 14 years and knew her son and knew this was not abandonment.
I looked at him across the table.
I said okay.
I meant it.
I drove home alone.
I sat in my driveway for 47 minutes.....
"Dad, can you lend me $10,000 for the wedding?" my son asked.
I raised an eyebrow.
"Ten thousand dollars? How much is the wedding going to cost?"
"About thirty grand. We already maxed our savings and took out a small loan, but we're still short. You always said I could come to you if I really needed help..."
I nodded and told him, "Bring your fiancée over. Let's talk." They arrived that evening. I welcomed them into my office, poured some coffee, & asked:
"Why does the wedding cost $30K?"
🚨Breaking.
Carmelo Anthony was just sentenced to 35 years.
Now before everybody starts calling each other racist and before social media turns this into another black-versus-white circus, I have a question.
What if it was your son?
Not somebody else’s son.
Your son.
Your grandson.
Your nephew.
Would you still be standing outside with signs?
Would you still be posting hashtags?
Would you still be raising money for the person convicted of stabbing him?
Because that’s the part I cannot understand.
A family buried their child.
A jury heard the evidence.
A judge handed down 35 years.
And somehow half the country is talking about race instead of the victim.
So … I have questions.
I want to know how a person reportedly connected to hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations ends up with a public defender.
I want to know how the jury was selected.
I want to know why people seem more upset about the sentence than they are about the young man who never got to go home.
Most of all, I want to know why every tragedy in America gets immediately sorted into racial teams.
Because if justice only matters when the person looks like us, then it was never justice we were after in the first place.
Let’s talk about it.

I think about Barry Marshall constantly.
Because I'm watching the same pattern in cardiology right now.
For decades, we told patients that heart disease was about cholesterol. Statins save lives — settled science. But patients kept having heart attacks with "perfect" numbers, and we kept treating the smoke while the fire burned underneath.
The fire is inflammation. The CANTOS trial proved that lowering inflammation independent of cholesterol reduces cardiac events. AI can now detect inflamed arteries on a CT scan. Low-dose colchicine — an ancient drug — is FDA-approved to quiet the inflammatory cascade that ruptures plaque. IL-6 inhibitors are in Phase 3 cardiovascular outcome trials right now.
The data is here. Just like Marshall's data was here in 1984.
And the gap between the data and the practice is where patients are still dying from conditions we now have the tools to prevent.
Protein misfolding linking heart failure to Alzheimer's — published today. Gut bacteria climbing the vagus nerve to trigger Parkinson's. Gum disease driving the same inflammation I treat in the cath lab. GLP-1 drugs reducing cancer metastasis by 50%.
Every one of these findings is telling us the same thing Marshall proved with a beaker of beef broth: the diseases we separated into different specialties share common roots. And the establishment will resist that truth for as long as the old model remains profitable and comfortable.
The most dangerous sentence in medicine has always been the same: "That's not how we do things."
Marshall drank a billion bacteria because the world wouldn't listen any other way.
You don't need to drink anything. You need to ask your doctor for an hsCRP test. Push for advanced cardiac imaging. Get your Lp(a) checked. Demand that "your numbers look fine" means ALL the numbers — not just the ones from a panel designed forty years ago.
The gap between data and acceptance is where people die from treatable conditions. Marshall proved that in 1984. The question is whether we'll learn faster this time.
I think we can. But only if patients stop accepting incomplete answers — and start asking the questions the science has already answered.

How do I know the media is brainwashing people?
Obama's ICE Chief received the Presidential Award for Distinguished Service for removing over 900,000 illegal aliens.
Trump's ICE Chief is called a Nazi.
It is the same person.....Tom Homan....
The only difference? The narrative.
NO white person alive today owned slaves. Teach your kids that.
NO black person alive today was born a slave. Teach your kids that.
Not all white people owned slaves back then. Teach your kids that.
Millions of white people fought and died to end slavery. Teach your kids that.

This homeschool mom was asked what her kids are “missing out on” by not going to traditional school… and her answer flips the whole conversation.
At 10:37 on a Monday morning, one daughter is still sleeping in, the other is calmly doing schoolwork, and there’s zero rush for the bus or stress about exams. She says her kids are missing out on lockdowns, homework, bullying, fluorescent lights, bells, and that prison-like environment where kids are controlled and lined up by age.
Instead, they have peaceful mornings, full parental control over what they learn, and real socialization through neighborhood friends, sports, and community — not just sitting in a classroom all day.
With over 3.4 million kids now being homeschooled in the U.S. (about 6% of school-age children), more families are seeing the benefits. Research shows homeschooled students typically score 15–25 percentile points higher on standardized tests, and the vast majority of studies find they’re better adjusted socially and emotionally.
Sometimes what looks like “missing out” is actually the best decision for your family.
What do you think — could homeschooling be a smarter path for more kids these days?
With everything we are hearing right now about ticks this seems like good information to share.
“Here’s what I’ve learned after more ticks than I care to count.
First, whatever your uncle told you, forget it. No matches. No nail polish. No Vaseline. No soap on a cotton ball. All of those do the same terrible thing, they stress the tick out, and a stressed tick empties its gut back into the bite before letting go. Which, if you think about what that actually means for a second, is literally how Lyme and the rest get transmitted so you’re not speeding up its exit. You’re making it throw up into you.
Fine-tipped tweezers. Grip right where the mouthparts enter the skin, not the body, the head. Pull straight up, steady, no twisting, no jerking. It’ll feel like it’s resisting because it is, the mouthparts are barbed. Just keep the pressure on and it lets go in a few seconds. If a piece breaks off in the skin, leave it alone. Your body pushes splinters out. Digging around with a needle does more damage then the fragment ever would.
Clean it with alcohol or soap. Wash your hands.
Now here’s the part most people skip: don’t flush the tick.
Tape it to an index card. Clear packing tape right over the body, write the date and where on your body it was, and stick the card in a drawer. If you come down with anything weird in the next 30 days, rash, fever, joint pain, that flu-that-isn’t-flu feeling, that tick goes with you to the doctor. Some labs will test the tick itself, which is faster and often more reliable than waiting for antibodies to show up in your own blood. A dated tick taped to a card is one of the most useful things you can hand a doctor who’s trying to figure out what’s wrong with you.
The other thing worth saying out loud: if the tick was engorged when you pulled it, and you can’t swear it was off your body within 24 hours, call your doctor that same day. Don’t wait for a rash. Fewer than three out of four Lyme cases even produce the classic bullseye. A single preventive dose of doxycycline within 72 hours of a deer tick bite cuts the Lyme odds way down, and most docs in tick country will write that prescription without giving you a hard time, especially if you walk in with the tick taped to a card and a clear timeline.”
🚨 Stephen Miller says the scale of welfare fraud is SO MASSIVE that eliminating it alone could balance the ENTIRE federal budget
"The amount that has been fleeced from us is in the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars."
"We could balance the federal budget if the only dollars that went out of the treasury went to individuals who were properly, lawfully, correctly eligible to receive them."
This should infuriate EVERY taxpayer.
