My wife and I paid off our $500k mortgage in 2 years by doing the following:
- Worked 9-5, saved aggressively
- Cut our avocado toast and boozy brunches
- Sold a startup for $10m in cash
Itโs that simple
"Your UI doesn't need to map one-to-one with your data's fields and values". Great thinking on simplicity from @steveschoger (whose Refactoring UI book is A+)
Don't show this to Flutter devs ๐.
We ran a few benchmarking algorithms with our React Native JSI project to compare Flutter vs React Native performance.
See following tweet for results and source code ๐ 1/3

Note to self: Never ever think that PWA support is similar to supporting iOS/Android using React Native. Clients just expect a totally different platform altogether (regardless of what they say). Yet another lesson to learn.
After explaining for 2 whole weeks the organization decided to just not care about all that I've submitted and used other historical data to reimburse me. A bit salty because this historical data is much less as compared to the ones I submitted. Oh well.
@mynameis_davis The problem is many non technical cofounders are trying to find technical cofounders on purely the promise of a great idea and a promising future. That to many devs is never enough.
As a web developer this is one of the happiest announcements in a while: Google Search ended support for IE11 in its main product ๐ (you can still search but will get a fallback experience). I'm mostly posting this so you can send it to your boss ๐. We did the Math. It is time.
Pressed confirmed delivery when I meant to raise an issue with the delivery... (order has yet been delivered that is...) funny how the brain works. Confirmation was a two step process too...
Always feel that the whole implementation of manually checking if a payment is made and valid is absolutely ridiculous.
AsiaOne: Some hawkers not too keen on cashless payments after customers repeatedly dupe them.

I mean the "compensation" voucher doesn't even include the delivery fee for the next order so if I just want my other item I must bear the cost of the Platform not being able to fulfill my order.
Yet another horrendous experience with @foodpandasg this time with panda mart, or should I call them ninja mart... Placed an order for two items, one of the item was not available and they didn't even call or inform me that it isn't available.
So basically this just meant that I paid full delivery for an incomplete order. In the event that none of my items were available they would deliver me an empty plastic bag and charge me for it? @foodpandasg
