@lollibeepop Bone broth without onion or garlic is helpful to sooth the gut lining (helps with pain). I like to put lemon and minced ginger in it. Low FODMAP diet. I’m also gluten free, dairy free and avoid soy. It’s very hard. I hope you find the support you need!
