I can see how #AR could be helpful in the #futureofwork, but what most leaders really want are just in time insights that are relevant to them. That kind of a change in work reality will profoundly impact the way business happens. #peopleanalytics
Are you #recruiting data scientists to solve problems? Decision and intervention happen outside of their role. #datasicience isn't always good at translating analysis to insights for the biz user. Visual someone copied from a @Gartner_inc deck. #peopleanalytics#futureofwork
The top four (as I interpreted them): Humans! Intelligence and insights! Great employee Experience. All of these things are tied together in a digital age and they are not mutually exclusive. Human insight and experience is the future. #hr#HRtech#PeopleAnalytics#futureofwork
Note: None of the #futureofwork skill lists call out STEM skills. Not that there isn't overlap with things like critical thinking, but AI has more ability to advance in the STEM areas than purely more EQ areas of human skills. Who are you hiring? #talentacquisition#HR
To solve some of the most pressing issues, we need to build a strong foundation for the new skills economy, invest in our youth and support learning programmes for our talented workforces. Link >> https://t.co/kBcbWkOO02 @wef v @antgrasso#skills#workforce#FutureofWork
20 years ago, financial capital reigned supreme. Then the digital and data economy came and how much data you owned reigned supreme. Humans, the ability to create, design, innovate... Humans are next. #PeopleAnalytics#HRTech#HR
@_HRTechnologist HAHAHA! Yes! Also, if you want creative workers but you only hire STEM, maybe you should think about having better #talentacquisition balance.
The world tends to "complain" about #millenials and now #centennials, but this is not a commentary about habits, but the economy's failure to adequately provide financially. How do we do better fo future generations?
The #PeopleAnalytics world will change when we add ONA data and how workers interact with each other to our existing #HR and HRTech data. Exponential expansion of the types of insights we will generate.
A large financial services organization in the US wanted to understand the “types of networks” successful female employees built that were likely to have increased their chances of promotability.

Great #PeopleAnalytics teams discuss business impact; average PA functions discuss analysis; other reporting functions discuss transactional baseline data.
What's the direction off causality? Do profits allow for investment, or does the investment cause profits? Correlation vs causation - super important to understand.
Artificial intelligence and robotics will blend the future workplace with best of human with the best of technology. https://t.co/Kuk6oI9AKI #hrtechha#HRtech
Or, can we deploy co-bots (co-worker bots) which take parts of a process that we do know and collaborate / hand off well to humans at the appropriate times? I think this fits into what you are saying though, but we have to build better process to accommodate bot workers.
If something can be completely and explicitly known, a machine ca do it. To the extent that it cannot be completely documented, you need people #ml#ai #tacitknowledge#hrtech
Is this truly unique? @SAP bought SFSF who acquired the entire suite. @Workday has bought almost all of their attempts at #PeopleAnalytics. Few to none of the big players have homegrown groundbreaking ideas. #HRTech
