@BTCare Nope. No point. It was a pm appt so they will tell me to bugger off until 1800, even though it is apparent that no one is coming to climb a pole in the bloody dark. Likely best action I think is to cancel and see if another provider can manage openreach any better than BT

@OpenreachHelp and @BTCare you lot couldn't organise a party in a brewery. I've been waiting for a new @BT_uk Broadband & line since 10 August! Too many broken promises to count. After 2 hours on the phone AGAIN tonight I "might" see an engineer tomorrow. F**king useless.
