New plan: #fasting for 20 hours isn't so hard. I just realized there is a whole plan based on that called OMAD or IF 20/4. Going to start it and update on this thread.

19 hours into my fast. Got a bit of a headache and might be acting a bit cranky. I'm a teacher though and its Monday, so not sure if it's due to the fast or just Monday/students driving me crazy.
