What are you using for LLM evals and observability?

The more I talk to AI engineers, the more it seems like everyone is asking this question — and it seems like there isn't a clear winner.

Over the weekend I set up Arize Phoenix to collect traces for my EPL Insider chatbot. I chose Phoenix because of how simple it was to set up and because Arize has been championing thought leadership in this space, such as creating OpenInference.
