Very poor experience with Ola Cabs in Kolkata. The cab was old, unhygienic, and smelled terrible. The AC barely worked. Customer comfort and basic hygiene should be a priority. @Olacabs, please improve your fleet.that 2when booked priority cabs same with @Uber_India @rapidoapp_
