@truebe You're right and it takes substantially longer. When I have to send money to family in India, it takes on average 4-5 days (via SWIFT). Using a distributed ledger, this is reduced dramatically to within minutes.
@truebe Generally I agree. I haven't really spent time investigating the ins and outs of crypto. The only real exposure I've had is through working @Ripple. Our use case really is just a distr. bank ledger, helping companies w/ cross-border remittances. I'm sure there's other aspects.

Ripple had some exposure to SVB – it was a banking partner, and held some of our cash balance. Fortunately, we expect NO disruption to our day-to-day business, and already held a majority of our USD w/ a broader network of bank partners.
