The older I get, the more I realize that life has seasons. And not every season needs to be your best one. Some seasons are for building. Some are for healing. Some are for just surviving. You don’t have to win every single chapter for the whole story to turn out well.

NIL is amazing because it now gives kids something to work towards besides the league, ppl don’t realize college athletes who don’t go pro are literally at least 5-6 years behind in starting actual adulthood. It now makes that grind during your adolescence years more worth while.

That was some straight B.S. from the GREAT Geno Auriemma. Never — ever — thought I’d see the day when the greatest woman’s college coach in history would go down so CLASSLESSLY!!! Horrible look, and should be called out for it. He got OUTCOACHED. Plain and simple. And gets in her face like she did something wrong to him instead of being gracious. Had Dawn Staley acted like that we would be all over her. #HorribleGENO!

I can’t thank this man enough for believing in my son and treating him like his own. Wins aren’t always won on the court. Real wins are won in life through the lessons you teach, and that’s exactly what you did for my son. We love you, Coach. @MeechieJohnson0 @GamecockMBB

Rick Barnes made a great point tonight, and it's something that makes so much sense but I'd never thought of it in that exact way.

Barnes said one of the biggest keys to any team's improvement during the season is the work ethic of those 3-4 guys on every team who probably don't play as many minutes as they should.

He said if those guys are maniacs every day in practice and consistently push the main rotation guys, a team will get better.

This is the best basketball player ever.

Ridiculous footage of prime Kobe Bryant during the 2007 FIBA AmeriCup games. The supreme skill, athleticism, energy and flare on display here is insane.
