I request strong Disciplinary action needs to be taken against the post office employees, they are here for service and when we come they treat us like we have defaulters and treated us very badly in front of all. Soft skills need to be taught to this employee and seniors.

The head post office Jalna RPAD booking counter never supports and helps its consumers. Many time network issues and other issues are there we have to consider it and if we request to keep the articles and book it later every time the counter refuses it. @IndiaPostOffice

The authorised person of the post office says they can accept only 3 articles in one time and if more than 3 articles you bring, you have to stand in queue again from last. The person sitting on the booking counter is so rude to his consumer.

@GoI_MeitY After various news articles and followups the bsnl has failed to perform their duty to cover the Manholes. In rainy season these Manholes are not visible and frequent road accidents are taking place. Kindly take the issue on priority
