The 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 (WEF) and 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩 co-hosted a high-level roundtable at the 2025 International Labour Conference in Geneva, bringing together regional ministers and global partners for a focused dialogue on workforce transformation.
Opening the session, WEF Managing Director 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝 shared key insights from the Forum’s Future of Jobs 2025 report. With AI, the green economy, and geopolitical shifts reshaping labour markets, she stressed, “This is not something any country or business should be thinking about separately. There is value in coordination, collaboration, and co-creation.”
