@StephenHearns1 @LizCrowe2 Experience from years conducting TRiM assessments this bad behaviour causes incidents to be traumatic for staff not the actual incident. Mainly things around the periphery not the epi-centre that makes incidents traumatic but behaviours.

@NHSGGC Slight issue you’ve now restricted the nhs issued cards and we cannot charge our response vehicles during daytime 7am-5pm have logged with estates but if anyone worse can help please would be appreciated.
