Created by Hemant, this koshimbir is inspired by his childhood memories of his mother’s resourcefulness, and her delicious chutneys and dishes made with vegetable peels and fruit rinds.

@tamarindtree2 This particular koshimbir, with the addition of roasted chana, was especially created to encourage protein consumption among the students, many of whom suffer from chronic undernutrition.
