Do not, I repeat, do NOT upgrade to @eMClient 11 if you also have Outlook installed.
- the "no default client" support article is useless,
- their so-called "patch" is a 0 byte .reg file,
- no downgrade path, imports and backups won't work, 'cause "made with a newer version" 1/2

@dominikmartn Question: do you have a dedicated computer where your agent is working isolated, or do you let it loose on your actual machine where it has read/write/upload/download access to your personal, private files? If the latter: how exactly did the agent (and its maker) earn your trust?

@emclient One suggestion though: “AI” features should be opt-in, at least for paying customers. LLMs can be useful for some, but I’d definitely prefer that the contents of my private email communications *not* be proxied to OpenAI. Do it on-device, or keep it off by default.

@emclient Thanks for the reply, no help needed, I have successfully reverted to v10 after a few, unexpectedly frustrating days. Re-added my IMAP accounts, aliases, S/MIME certs, all back to normal.
I have Office LTSC Pro Plus 2024 installed btw, I don't think that's "some older version."
