@rta_dubai Thanks for the prompt response. The Al Khail exit & Hessa street upgrades have definitely helped in the Al Khail side of things. The query above is more towards better connectivity to E311 which becomes a bottle neck at Al FaY exit from E311 to Al Khail exactly for JvC entry.

The situation for JVC has significantly deteriorated in the last couple of months on account of the massive increase in resident base. Can you please evaluate some possibilities to ease the traffic basis the below

1. More entry exit point for JVC

2. Direct entry exit from E311 in to and from JVC

3. Alternative to Al Khail exit from E311 other than Al Fay exit

4. Some usability for bridge opposite to the Al Khail Mall (defunct for now)

Morning and evening have both become serious choke points & travel time up by 100%

2. Rampant illegal parking on sidewalks / double parking on roads

3. Recently we have seen a spike in accidents in the area due to over-speeding / not following driving etiquette

4. Electric / 2-wheeler bikes driving carelessly

Website give a single flight option and irrespective of the date selected by default shows 8th Nov as the booking date when done today!!! Are your QA team sleeping? I am Gold MMT member and this is the hassle I face!!! Absolute stupidity !

5. Restricting construction trucks to non peak hours morning and evening

@HSBC_UAE Most hopeless service from a multinational bank. Exorbitant charges for services not rendered. More than 7 working days and not still issued a single Manager's Cheque when the promised timeline was 2 days. Bank charges deducted immediately next day of request btw.

Thank you @flysrilankan for the hopeless experience after a beautiful Sri Lanka visit. First you delay the flight by 6 hrs informing us couple of hours beforehand and then further by 2 hrs!
No comms/facilities from your side. And we are travelling with a 2 year old kid! (UL 141)

Reset the earpods, phone restarted but to no avail. Sadly will have to return the earpods as this was a non negotiable.

@Bose Just bought earpods quiet comfort yesterday. Paired immediately with my oneplus 10 pro. Music quality is superb. But major issue.... Any type of call has massive static so that the other person isn't able to hear any voice. Tried normal, whatsapp, teams calls.
