Today, we are sharing interim clinical data from our ongoing Phase 1/2 studies in the POLARIS program evaluating ETX101, a potential one-time gene therapy, in children with SCN1A+ Dravet syndrome. The oral presentation at #AES2025 highlights a favorable safety and tolerability profile, sustained seizure reduction, and meaningful and progressive neurodevelopmental gains, particularly in cognitive skills essential for communication, learning, and independence. The data will be featured again tomorrow in a poster presentation.
