@RailwaySeva Will this solve the issue of the amount I paid for a service I'm not receiving?

I have almost arrived now, and due to network issues, I couldn't complain earlier. How will you compensate for the lack of service? My PNR is 2643237387

Dm the details

@IRCTCofficial

I am traveling on 12986 Double Decker from Delhi to Jaipur, C12/10.

Despite paying for AC, there is no AC facility. I informed the TC and staff, but no one is lowering the temperature. It's extremely hot and smelly.

Very bad experience

Our problems have still not been re-solved even though we came up with alternatives. Playing with our careers is not an option or something we will approve of no matter what.

our university expects us to meet the above requirements & get done with our exams.
While lack of communication remained a problem, it's ironical for a Journalism college wanting us to follow instructions given on Whatsapp.

Irrespective of showing data of issues faced by students to the college management,we have recieved only one reply"All these issues can't be addressed by the College or University, these r your personal problems to deal with"
