@financefraz They cocked it up from the get go, 35k salary is closer to £2400 take home. Easy to fudge figures to prove your narrative. £400 on a single person's food a month is crazy 😂

@financefraz Sprive also give you a lower % when using google pay which is annoying as I use my T212 for that extra 1.5%!

@2147mill Moved into my house 6 years ago. Just checked current value. It's gone up 38%.
To rent a similar house in my area I would have to pay 50% more than my current mortgage cost.
So for me, buying a house was the best thing I could've done.

@financefraz Money related tip ; Always get your cash before you go to the airport (MSE has a rate comparison tool) and watch out for fees if withdrawing cash at ATMs abroad, they can also give awful rates so best avoided.
