On the 31 May I took a flight from Seattle to Mumbai in Business and it was a very disappointing flight to say the least
To begin with the check in crew was very rude. The managers were even ruder.
@SingaporeAir This is my second time flying with @SingaporeAir business class in the last 1.5years and the second bad experience. I guess Singapore airlines isn't what it's hyped up to be. And the second time I was profiled by the crew for no apparent reason.
Even the cabin crew was a bit stiff with us when my daughter asked for snacks & grabbed 2 things the airhostess had the audacity to tell her that she had had enough. After I landed at Mumbai airport I realized that some other passenger that taken my bag after a 23hr journey with
When another passenger took my bag the ground staff wasn't there to help, I had to go to the airlines counter with the other passengers bag to contact him and get my bag back which took almost an hour with an irritated 3 year old next to me
Travelled business class via @SingaporeAir from Sin-Mum this morning, firstly the flight was delayed for over 30mins, then I had to wait at the gate to get my child's stroller for over 20mins, then another passenger took my bag & I had to wait to track him down for another 40mins
The ground staff was very incompetent, the stroller is checked in to be collected at the gate so the kids don't get antsy which my child did after waiting for over 20mins to get her stroller after a 5:30 hr flight with no place to sit.
