@British_Airways Is there a human I can speak to for my flight booking please? Customer Services automatically hangs up and you've 'changed our booked & paid for seats' by removing them completely and no other seats are available! 😡

@easyJet 'Hero Chris', please help! We were due to fly to Italy for our wedding next week but it's been cancelled. Our flight from LGW has been cancelled but instead you've moved us to depart from Luton. With a 7 month old baby this isn't feasible, plus our flight home is cancelled anyway

@easyJet You've cancelled the original flight we booked from LGW next week, but instead of us being able to claim a refund for it, you've moved us to a flight departing from Luton 8 hrs later!? Totally unacceptable & unfeasible for us. We want a refund we should be entitled to.

@easyJet Fuming. On hold for hours each day with no answer. You've changed our flight from LGW to Luton just so you don't have to refund the original flight we booked from LGW that you've cancelled. Plus cancelled our flight home completely. Appalled with your service.
