@LloydsBank are you aware of an issue with your online banking?
When I log into my acc, I can see transactions that are not mine. whn I go in the acc I can see other people’s bank account details payments.If I log out and back in, the details change to someone else.

@ShopifySupport @Shopify Not until after 30 days, my bank is investigating, but due to them marking as delivered it will take longer. You wash your hand of any customer service to help me. While still allowing them on your platform to continue scamming others.

@Shopify a fake company on ur site, u have been zero help with resolving the issue. No customer support and responsibility and generic replies that make sense. They have marked an order as delivered that’s open for dispute and u won’t help change it back.

@RoyalMail 4 items shipped internationally using lockers -all 4 say still in the locker - I have confirming they got dropped off. Tried countless times to call &email, nothing! I’m left out of pocket for goods purchased and postage. Worst company&service I’ve ever experienced.
