My father (60+) relies on your buses & has been late for work 3 times this week due to buses either not showing up or being excessively late. This has now been brought up with his management. He can't drive & depends on a reliable service. This is unacceptable!

@EE I've pre ordered the pixel pro, mainly for the watch offer. If I don't receive the phone today, I have been told by EE that I won't get the watch? Google however doesn't state this. I've made the pre-order therefore should get the offer?

@BrightsideInsur 4th tweet in 48 hours and now an email has been received by my mother saying you've cancelled her policy!? She's stuck at work because of your incompetencey! How dare you treat customers this way! Outrageous. Please can someone actually do their jobs and reply!

@BrightsideInsur I understand you're closed, but emails continued threatening the cancellation of the policy. Low and behold, it was cancelled and my Mother got stuck in work overnight! All because of a delay in documentation due to closures! Surely, being closed yourselves you'd understand? No?
