Back from @austinfilmfest at @flyLAXairport. I watched airport personnel discuss helping an elderly lady which they didn't do. I ran to help as she literally almost did a gainer down escalator. I am in walking cast & crutch. She caught herself but good 2 know 4 future travel. 🙄
