Hello @hoka. I ordered some products on 25th May and am still waiting for delivery. I called today and was told I'd need to wait longer as it is my fault for not calling sooner?
@lucygoss I spoke to you briefly a while ago about my mum and I was concerned about her treatment. I have to say her team have been amazing. The most important thing to her was that her oncologist gave her time and never made her feel rushed. That by far outweighed any issues we had.
@lucygoss Lucy, can I ask you a question. I have met you at races and know how passionate you are about your work. My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has had 2 rounds of chemo. For her follow up her consultant has changed and the the date has changed twice which is unnerving.

@British_Airways I have been trying to call since friday to change my flight that you have got evelop to cover. I have been cut off twice, on hold for 45 mins and the rest of the time it says you are too busy to take calls
@British_Airways please can someone contact me about my flight change. I have been trying to call since 9am yesterday. When I finally got through they said they were busy and could not help and to call back tomorrow. Does not seem right
