Given my passion for all things health, I keep getting into all sorts of activities that I probably shouldn't, considering my age. Yesterday, the @peakst8_club team and I were trying a new hybrid fitness format called No Parking. It wasn’t as challenging as Hyrox, but it definitely wasn’t a cakewalk either.
My heart rate shot up quickly with push-ups, rowing, sit-ups, and mountain climbers, while my teammate Deepak did all the activities that involved running😄
I'm excited to see how everyone else feels about this new format. We're taking this event live in Delhi on August 23rd with @one8world.
The idea here is to inspire more people to start their fitness journeys.
The belief is simple: more people will start getting fit if fitness is fun. That’s why we’re creating multiple fitness IPs, all built around participation.
The bet is that people start by taking part in these events, enjoy themselves, and hopefully that motivates them to begin their own fitness journeys.
If you’ve been meaning to get fit, check out one of the Peak State events (link in comments).
I cannot explain how terrible it is to see OpenAI’s CEO advocating to use their own AI product to have LESS personal connection with those closest to you: family and kids.
No, don’t use AI to create a podcast about your kids based on their calendars. Talk to your kids, not to AI
i don’t want to see token maxxing influencers, i want to see work hours minimising influencers
use ai to minimise hours while keeping your output high
who do i need to follow?
@wshxnv@mitchellh@yacineMTB@poojabnf I have experimented with both by giving exactly same prompt at times. I find Opus4.8 (claude code) take some more time and yet reports back with thorough research; however, with GPT5.5 (codex) is fast to the point and sometimes doesn’t uncover hidden cases. I prefer detailed ones
@mattpocockuk i like /grill-me, curious to know how your sdlc looks like?
I am thinking
plan -> human review -> Grill me -> build -> human code review -> agentic code review (to learn what I missed)
do you think adding feature gates for even smallest of the changes should be a way to go to prevent prod bugs?
I think it’s too defensive and gating should be limited logical use cases.
@cursor_ai, a query: if I am planning a feature with a certain X model why would you choose to put Composer instead of the same X model with Build option?
