@DTDCIndia Sent a courier on 30th April. Estimated delivery date was 2nd May. Package is still in transit. No update after 2nd May. Should I consider this as lost?

@RelianceDigital Regretting my decision of going to Reliance Digital. Bought a TV, did not get delivered. Tried canceling, not helping. Store not picking up the call, customer care asking to call the store. Great service!

Very pathetic customer service. Got 300gm of product instead of mentioned (500-600gms). No option for delivery of the missing part and max refund is 20%. Is this a new scam?

@SwiggyCares booked a table with offers. Payment process stuck once and didn’t get an option to apply the offer. Ended up paying with walk in offers and my table booking amount did not get deducted.

@AmazonHelp Just because I am not following up seems to be the ideal scenario for @AmazonHelp @amazonIN . BTW the issue still exists and honestly, I don't think anyone has looked into this till now.

@amazonIN In the last 6 months, I have never been able to place an order on the first try. Everytime, I had to remove the card, reinstall app, add card again. This is frustrating. Issue is coming for HDFC Diners Black credit card. And I do not want to use other payment method.

@airindia Chennai to Kolkata via Bangalore is 7K but same flight from Bangalore to Kolkata is 21K. India need Air fare regulations. @PMOIndia

@TATAAIGIndia The service I am getting for my claims against Travel insurance, I have to move all my other policies to another company. No new policies with Tata Aig for sure. They dont check mails, no clear communication. So frustrating!
