Horrible experience for my parents with @TurkishAirlines Flew business class. Baggage doesn't arrive in Munich. We visit airport twice to locate luggage - takes multiple days to arrive. Waiting for our expenses to be reimbursed for 5 months now. Never flying Turkish again.

@AlexWEllis still no news about the visa applications. 1.5 months since the embassy and VFS are holding took the passports. Website says processing time is 3 weeks. How about some accountability sir? Saying that it's taking longer doesn't help anyone!!!
