Our goals for this month:

- Learn a new digital skill eg Excel, HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

- Learn a craft eg Carpentry, Building, Metalwork, Mechanic.

- Save 20% of your income in a SACCO.

- Own some goats, chickens, sheep or cows.

- Plant short-season crops.

- Eat a healthy diet.

- Drink water.

- Daily OMAD.

- Weekly Autophagy Marathon.

- Wake up before 5 AM daily.

- Read 2 books and summarize one chapter daily.

- Go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

Rise above the mediocrity of the masses.

Go hard on yourself.
