When the daily substitute pay for your position is more than you make daily! We see nurses leaving positions because they make more to do the same job,same amount of hours for more pay in the same hospital as a traveling nurse! How long before all education staff is the same?

I am glad some districts are working on teacher shortage by offering bonuses, increase starting starting salary etc for new teachers, but please dont forget your veteran teachers. We have to do more for them too. Otherwise the shortage will only worsen.
