@Rachel16k I would consider posting updates/news for students and families to see on our class page, such as a Schoology or a Google classroom site #IM421
@ColeDJohnson7 We want to make sure that we provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment, and I believe that student privacy is an important thing to keep in mind #IM421
I had no idea what Makerspaces were until this class, but this site includes some information on the purposes they have in schools. One being that it can help students learn to code #IM421

In the world that we live in today, we are surrounded by all kinds of digital content and there is so much information that can be learned from it #IM421
@jenajak Back when I was in elementary school, I don't ever remember creating an e-portfolio, but I wish I had because I could go back and see all my work from when I was a kid. I think an eportfolio would be useful for elementary students and something they would be proud of #IM421
@PaechStephine@000Dave@RyGuy0793 This is a great question that I never really thought about before, but I could see where this may be an issue because it may be possible to lose track of time when using technology #IM421
@warda__mahmoud I would say that it is hard to choose just one because there are so many kinds of digital content to choose from, but one that I would incorporate into my future classroom would be TedTalks #IM421
This site provides some great insight on what digital content is and addresses some great examples. What kind of digital content would you consider incorporating into your future classroom?! #IM421

@BritanySonnent1@8erikarose I would consider hand-on activities to be great non-technical tools in the classroom because it allows students to be engaged and I think they are especially helpful for students who are visual learners.
Classroom management plays a role in how students behave in the classroom. When students first walk into the classroom, the first thing they should be aware of is the rules and expectations of the classroom #IM421
@MissStrecker Handling behavior in the class is something I am nervous about coming into the field and it's hard to say what works and what doesn't without being able to be in a classroom.
Technology plays a big role in the classroom and is a great way for students to stay engaged. This article talks about some of the devices that schools are using and how to manage them #IM421
