Taz | Builds with AI

Zero coding background. Building a real app with Claude Code and a team of AI agents. Showing you every step, mistake and win.

I'm not a coder. A month ago I couldn't have told you what a pull request was.

Now I'm building an app with AI tools, and it's almost ready for the App Store.

I'm going to share the real process here. The wins, the mistakes, all of it.

What made you start building with AI?

Last night my app opened on my own iPhone for the first time.

Never touched Xcode before. Fought a password popup that kept failing. Caps Lock was on.

Then: "Build succeeded."

First bug on a real phone? The camera wouldn't open. One missing permission line.

What was your first real-device bug?

@madebygps This is awesome 😂

Yesterday I finished round one of App Store safety work on my app.

If people can post in your app, Apple wants report and block, a bad-content filter, a support page, and an age rule (13+) at sign-up.

Not flashy. Still required.

What surprised you about App Store review?

@b1rkh0ff Carpenter by day, shipping in public at night 🛠️ I'm building my first mobile app with zero coding background, using Claude Code plus a team of Grok bots that plan the work and review it. Almost App Store ready.

@rihntv Day 2 on X and I'm seeing this already. My replies are getting more conversations going than my posts.

@MrB2Beast Just walked in from work and opened the MacBook🤝 Carpenter by day, building my first app with Claude Code and AI agents at night. Never coded before this. Go for 1000 by the weekend!

@orendev_ Hey Oren 👋 Right now I'm getting my first app ready for the App Store. I'm not a coder, so it's me, Claude Code and a few AI agents. Building alone does get quiet, so posting the process here helps.

@grwth_hackr Building in public with AI over here👋 Never coded before this year, and now I'm building a mobile app with Claude Code and a team of AI agents.

The first thing I asked Claude Code to build wasn't a feature.

It was one small file: a project guide called CLAUDE.md.

Rules like: write the test first, one small change per task, and never merge your own work.

Every session starts by reading it.

Do you use a rules file?

@deni0107 @X Congrats on 200, Denis ! Day 1 for me. I'm a non-coder building my first iOS app with Claude Code and AI agents, almost App Store ready. Great view too !

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@JackFOmni Appreciate that, Jack 🤝 Still a lot to learn, but it's been a fun ride so far. Followed you.

@mert_ozcetin_ @X My guy ! I appreciate that 🤝

@TonyChanBuilds 🔥 Needed this today, Tony. Day 1 on this account, documenting how I'm building my first app with AI as a total non-coder. Your list is my plan.

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@kreadony Building right now 🤝 Non-coder making my first app with Claude Code and a team of AI agents. No link yet, it's almost ready 👋👋

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@EdenBitton7 Building a mobile app with Claude Code and AI agents, and I'm not a coder. Still working on that one sentence too, honestly. Right now it's "the app I wished existed for my hobby." How do you test whether a sentence actually lands?

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@uriel_builds @X Hey Uriel 👋 Vibe-coded app here. I've never written code, but I'm building one with Claude Code and a small team of AI agents

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@BraithLeung All 4 here. Zero coding background, building my first app solo with Claude Code and a team of AI agents. Started building in public today with literally 0 followers. 👋

[Taz | Builds with AI @TazsBuilds]

@j0nathanla Yep! Non-coder building my first app with Claude Code and a small team of AI agents. Let’s connect👋
