@Zendesk gmail problem has been ongoing for over a week. Majority of our customers submitting tickets do so from gmail accounts, so we have no idea if/when responses are being received for serviced tickets. When will it be fixed?

@CrazyDomains your handling of pre-registrations of the @auda release of .au domains is pretty bad. I've been told I need to pay again for registrations that should have gone through. Not good enough. Sort it out.

@madradish @madradish Check out facebook, google reviews, trustpilot. Hundreds of folks in the same boat. Good you've initiated a chargeback. This is a scam of the worst kind at the worst time. Consider reporting to ACCC etc.
