hi @Airtel_Presence i tried to speak to someone regarding (pre-paid) poor internet speed, just was able punch 1 & got the message it will be resolved within 8 days. your complaint resolution speed is competing with your data speed.

Hi @TataSky, you ask for my language preference every time, yet every time I get a call from Tatasky, it is always in Hindi, and the person calling is not bi-lingual, he has to arrange a call back in a language of my choice. what a waste of time & effort.
