Actually.. I'm really disappointed from PAYTM. I'm cancelled my flight ticket on 16th Oct 2020 but they're not initiate my refund yet. I'm using Paytm from very long time but at that time I'm not satisfied from the recent behaviour of PAYTM

Now I have booked flights through other airline at higher rates..I want that amount to be compensated by goair..

#GoAir has started cancelling the flights for unknown reasons from Sunday 22-Dec onwards.....then why they are not informing the customers for cancellation well at least 2 two days in advance....my entire plan gone into drain....close to 90k.....no support from goair....

#goair have some courtesy to attend customer calls when you cancel your flight in last minute and send same stupid message 3 times to call back...where nobody responds
