@shae_mcl Ya, I had that struggle. I’m currently co-mentored and it took some scoping out to ensure each advisor’s respective interests/expertise would complement the project. I’m lucky that they both enjoy working with each other so I’d suggest exploring it if it makes sense!

I'd assume it'd have to relate to heavily weighted training data, system prompting, etc but am surprised at the cross-model reproducibility

Interesting pattern that I noticed today. The same prompt using the major models gives the exact same response. I'd expect this for a technical prompt requiring a precise answer (math, etc) but not one as open-ended as 'tell me a joke?' Any AI ppl in my circle care to explain?

@tangming2005 If you have a reference dataset, and are comfortable in the scverse, I like to use scVI label transfer. If not, SingleR or scType work as a first step!
