@andrewmccalip Overall working well but recently noticed an issue. I’m actively receiving ads on VSCode while working but on the dashboard the ledger hasn’t been updated (though the sync time is up to date) and hence the balance hasn’t updated. Any good place to report bugs?
@shae_mcl Ya, I had that struggle. I’m currently co-mentored and it took some scoping out to ensure each advisor’s respective interests/expertise would complement the project. I’m lucky that they both enjoy working with each other so I’d suggest exploring it if it makes sense!
@SebastianCaliri Surprising that they don’t mention how RAG would likely alter most of the findings for the better.

@brian_armstrong Been talking about your first point for 5+ yrs but has mostly fallen on deaf ears. Telesis bio (formally Codex DNA) was working on syn DNA construction but unsure of any recent progress for at scale synthesis
Interesting pattern that I noticed today. The same prompt using the major models gives the exact same response. I'd expect this for a technical prompt requiring a precise answer (math, etc) but not one as open-ended as 'tell me a joke?' Any AI ppl in my circle care to explain?

Tks to all collaborators.
@tangming2005 If you have a reference dataset, and are comfortable in the scverse, I like to use scVI label transfer. If not, SingleR or scType work as a first step!
