You probably don’t care PBMs are able by virtue of their network leverage to pay independent community pharmacies these unsustainable rates.
But you should at least care that these aren’t the prices they send to employer and tax payer payors.
If they pay pharmacy $0.17 for a claim and then bill payor $98, how is that not racketeering?
