@alix_bee Hi the bonus cashback is added to your account once the original transaction is validated.

@Youtubers4Ever9 Hi Please DM us your email address and we will have a look into this for you

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@Youtubers4Ever9 Hi, I'm afraid cashback is only available if you go through our link at the time of purchase.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@trashreceptacle Hi If it is your first transaction with us then you would be eligible for the bonus.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@NRG_balance Hi, it depends on the retailer. But usually within 30 days, but not before the returns period is up.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@NRG_balance Hi If you go on your account page on https://t.co/XRg50EBOn8 then you will see the transaction and its status.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@NRG_balance Hi has the transaction validated yet? As the bonus is only added once it is validated by the retailer.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@vickibutcher Hi Can you tell us what message you are getting when you try?

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@KayMcGregor2 @loves_fealty Hi, unfortunately our T&Cs were worded badly but the £10 should now be showing on your accounts.

[TBSeenHelp @tbseenhelp]

@KayMcGregor2 Hi, the bonus is only added once your transaction has been confirmed. Thank you
