Since YCee has awakened Nigerians to the “Olodo uprising” debate, here’s a report on how the big tech giants weaponize their algorithms to dumb down the Nigerian/African population.
It’s my favorite report for the @Spearhead_Af from last year, but evergreen. Make sure you follow the @Spearhead_Af for more of this every single day.
"AI is the future of work, creativity and learning"...parrots a bamboozled African adult who due to having no media literacy, cannot tell the difference between a statement of objective technical fact and an expensive ad campaign that has been rammed into his head by rich people.
Watch and cure your ignorance, ye bamboozled African who believes "AI" is coming to save you from hard work and thinking, or grow your economy for you.
AI is rat poison, and the people selling it to you don't let their own kids go anywhere near it. That's all you need to know about it.
“When confronted by security, the shoplifter fled, and APD quickly launched a Drone First Responder (DFR).
The DFR tracked the thief and followed him across the street, where he entered an Arby’s.”

Nigeria has now been delisted from the International Maths Olympiad, whose finals are happening in Shanghai, China, this July.
It is one of the most prestigious academic competitions in the world.
Nigeria can now only participate as an observer nation, while other countries can participate fully.
This was because of the Ministry of Education’s inability to fund students for 4 consecutive years through National Mathematical Center.
It’s a big shame for Nigeria.
@Admiral_Cyborg I've often wondered how stories of men on 40 motorcycles or 70 motorcycles would attack a village or school without any security team sighting them
Here's the answer... We SEE THEM YET WE CAN'T FIND THEM 🤔
The Nigerian Government’s Twitter X handle is the only monetized official presidential account in Africa and Europe, charging citizens ₦2,302.10 monthly for “exclusive” content, generating unreported revenue.
Everybody might be afraid to say it but I will say it. This abuse of young children by Igbo women seems not to be a random thing. There seems to be an underlying pattern that is not being addressed. Is it that the perpetrators of these crimes are cultural victims themselves or is there a traditional reality that is not being looked at. This is not the first time nor the 5th, 6th or 7th time that we keep hearing of this. There must be something that is triggering this.
Igbo men, broadly speaking, and Anambra men especially need to have a conversation among themselves about the cultural dynamics that have nerfed their men so profoundly, they have no authority in their homes.
At this point, we need to put the banter and tribal chauvinism aside and address it.
It is serious
A lot of you are pretending as if you don't know that our health system is fucked. We have poor health care infrastructures, hospitals are under staffed, appliances and resources are scarce, yet there are a lot of sick people that need treatment.
How many operation rooms do you think are better than this room? Do you think the hospitals in villages and towns are better equipped? Even in cities, how many operation rooms can better this one?
